Students and staff enrol their biometrics once and can use the same identity across schools in the group, even when each campus has a different Brazilian business registration (CNPJ).

Can one identity be used across schools with different business registrations?
Yes. Students and staff can use the same biometric identity across schools within one group, even when campuses are separate legal entities with different Brazilian business registrations (CNPJs). Group leadership uses the Pulse to set access permissions for each school and area. An authorized campus does not require a new biometric enrolment.
Who develops the biometric recognition?
Autenti.ca develops the algorithm that recognizes identity through the palm. Devices come from partner manufacturers and connect with our technology and school platform.
Our school already has turnstiles and a management system. Where do we start?
We start with your existing procedures and equipment. A technical assessment identifies connection points and any changes needed. The proposal defines the features and integrations included in your implementation.
Does the school review attendance notices before they are sent?
Yes. Staff review arrival, late-arrival and absence notices before releasing predefined messages to caregivers.
Is Autenti.ca already being used in schools?

Does a gate record replace attendance in each class?
It confirms arrival at or departure from the school. Attendance in an individual class depends on the procedures and features adopted by the institution.
Can families change their biometric consent?
Yes. Caregivers can review, grant or withdraw consent through the link provided by their school. Participation is optional, with an alternative identification method defined by the school.
